I initially believed the product would match the description, but the quality turned out to be quite average. The delivery took around 20 days, which was longer than expected. Most importantly, if you are specifically looking for authentic Linen, I would recommend choosing carefully this website may not be the right place for it. Additionally, the prices are relatively high compared to other linen retailers offering similar or better quality.

Extremely disappointed with Linen Trail. In a time where deliveries happen in a matter of days, waiting nearly 20 days for a simple order feels completely unacceptable. What’s worse is the lack of transparency and urgency throughout the process.
If customers have to wait this long, then what’s the point of ordering from your official website at all? Convenience is the whole idea of online shopping not uncertainty and endless waiting.Product is ok-ok not what I expected & the color appears more vibrant on the website, whereas in reality it looks dull and less appealing.Definitely makes me think twice before ordering again.
