You have already received shirt back to your facility exchanged second time due to size issue ( not again as per your size chart ).Since 2 days I m following for further action n no one is picking my calls.Surprising thing is you are sending this follow up mail second time without knowing that all four shirts delivered to me in different sizes than your size charts, we’re picked second time by your courier partner n have no coordination between your departments.
I also do not see the “Exchange Charges of Rs 300 + Rs 300 =600.00 as part of lifting the shirts from my premises due to your fault n size issue.My first encounter of EXCHANGE FEES by an an e commerce company which you agreed to give as STORe CREDIT ONLY n NO REFUND… Crazy …
I hope you guys will respond to me now an solve the things ordered in the Month of March -26 at latest in May -26 after 2 times exchanges.
