India Shipping

We offer FREE shipping across India.

At Linen Trail, most garments are crafted on demand to ensure the highest standards of fit, finish, and quality. As a result, orders are generally delivered within 10 to 15 working days from the date of purchase.

We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays.

Express Shipping

Customers who require their order sooner may opt for our Express Shipping service at checkout, subject to availability.

Express Shipping involves prioritising your order in our production and dispatch queue ahead of standard orders. As this requires us to reschedule and expedite production, an additional charge applies.

Express Shipping charges typically range from ₹500 to ₹2,500, depending on the style, quantity, and production requirements.

Estimated delivery timelines for Express Shipping will be displayed at checkout wherever applicable.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing the tracking details. Tracking information is typically shared within 24 hours of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, product availability, courier network conditions, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please contact our customer care team immediately at +91-4954262999 or email care@linentrail.com with your Order ID and supporting photographs.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, Linen Trail cannot be held responsible for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner. In such cases, our team will do its best to assist and provide updates.

International Shipping

We ship internationally through DHL Express and other trusted international logistics partners.

International shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges collected by Linen Trail.

Delivery timelines for international orders vary by destination and will be communicated at checkout wherever possible.
